Spacious room with a sliding door for privacy and convenient parking access made my stay much easier.
Air-conditioning isn't available in all rooms, and the shower definitely needs a safety upgrade-slippery surface poses a hazard and spills over the floor after use.

The proximity to the beach was great. The room was very nice, modern furnished, seemed to be freshly renovated. There was a lot of storage space, even the suitcases found room in the cupboards at the bottom. The fact that there was a separate toilet to the bathroom was very pleasant. The room was very clean! The hotel staff was very friendly :)

Very good rich breakfast,. the whole is newly renovated and furnished - very tasteful
as usual in Ostend, the double room for single use faced the backyards; the view was thus limited to ugly backyards

Super breakfast buffet with lots of choice, clean rooms, very quiet and with lots of space. Nice staff. Highly recommended

Breakfast is plentiful, including soy products, the coffee machine is good. The room was getting a bit old (e.g. peeling on the drawer of the table), but clean and quiet.
No ventilation in the bathroom, soft mattress. More fruit/vegetables for breakfast would have been nice.

The real deal or a total steal?
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast options were good, catering to every taste.
A little tricky parking made arrival a bit stressful for us, and cleaning the common areas could use more attention.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were better than expected. Everyhting we needed was closeby
No window for toilet and extracter didn't work, just made an awful noise. Problem was, because they were so nice I didn't like to complain or even mention it.

The shower floor was a slip-and-slide adventure! I reminded me of a contestant on a comedy show trying to stay upright.

The hotel was in a great location in Ostend close to all amenities. The room was spacious and clean and could not be faulted. Breakfast in the hotel was varied and again could not be faulted. We stayed Wednesday and Thursday evening and ostend is very quiet out of season and so many bars and most restaraunts were closed in the evening. The town is much busier at weekends.
